The InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has announced that it has opened its first hotel in Giza, Egypt, the first of its kind in the Middle East and Africa, and has signed a holding agreement with the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Tourism to develop its properties in Giza and Egypt as part of a multi-million dollar investment.
